I can’t believe it!    Now I can blog via e-mail!   This is great.   Text messages to the blog are great and handy when we’re out and about, but e-mail is much faster.   I don’t know that this will improve my productivity in the blogging department, but it sure is fun what technology can do!

We wanted to get a little outside time so here they are dodging the raindrops at the playground.

I downloaded the camera the other day and discovered a treasure trove of pictures that I had forgotten about. I often feel like I don't take enough pictures, but when I download the camera and find so many pictures I realize that maybe I'm doing all right. I hope you enjoy them. I tried to capture a few of Patrick's jump-a-thon at school on Friday, but he's pretty fast.

There are some new updates on the website. If you get confused by the seasonal changes in the pictures (warm and sunny, spring activities followed by deep winter ice activities) you're not alone. Just when we think Spring is here the temperatures drop again. Mud Season is here...then it's not. Oh well. You can still enjoy the pictures.

Patrick has been taking ski lessons through the "park and ride" program at school. This is his second year and since he really enjoys it I thought it would be fun to take him skiing during his winter break from school. However, the place where he usually skis is closed this week (seems like a silly time to be closed) so I decided to give one of the ski resorts a try...there are, after all, just a few around here. :) We decided on Smuggler's Notch because it is known for its family friendliness and since I would have Katherine with me I wanted to find a place where Katherine could play in the snow or sled, or something, while Patrick skied.
